What is it and who is it for?
ICONFIT Overnight Oats is a nutritionally complete overnight oat mixture developed and produced in Estonia, containing all the necessary macronutrients. In addition to whole grain oat flakes, the mixture contains nutrient-dense chia seeds (or coconut flakes in the coconut-raspberry flavor), mineral-rich raw cacao (in the chocolate flavor), and a full 10% hydrolyzed collagen. The oats are an excellent protein source, containing 26.5-27.8% protein. Just add milk in the evening and enjoy in the morning! It is suitable as a healthy breakfast for both the whole family and athletes.
Preparation
Overnight Oats are easy to prepare – Add milk to the oat mixture (100g/ml of milk per 70g of oats), mix, and place in the refrigerator. Let it sit overnight, and a healthy and delicious breakfast awaits you in the morning. It can be eaten cold or warmed in a microwave. You can also try preparing it with yogurt, kefir, skyr, or a plant-based milk. If desired, top the oats with fresh berries or fruit.
Ingredients
We chose healthy whole grain roasted oat flakes as the main ingredient, which contain plenty of fiber to keep you feeling full for longer. We added beneficial proteins from hydrolyzed collagen and whey protein.
Chocolate flavor: Chia provides beneficial Omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals. Raw cacao provides a chocolatey taste and is rich in antioxidants, iron, magnesium, and calcium.
Apple-Cinnamon: Chia provides beneficial Omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals. Wonderful taste and vitamins from natural freeze-dried apple and cinnamon.
Raspberry-Coconut: Coconut flakes with beneficial fatty acids combined with natural freeze-dried raspberry provide a popular flavor combination.
Overnight Oats contain zero added sugar. Sweetness is provided by natural erythritol and stevia. By eating your portion of oats in the morning, you also get your recommended daily dose of collagen (10g per 100g of product), which is extremely beneficial for joints, skin, nails, and hair.
Portions
If you want a light, healthy snack, take 70g of the oat mixture and add 100ml of milk. For women, an average suitable breakfast portion is 100g of oats + 140ml of milk (approx. ~400kcal). For men, for a ~570kcal breakfast, use 140g of the oat mixture with 200ml of milk. Find the portion that suits you best according to your daily menu or nutritional plan.
Healthy and affordable!
In addition to being healthy and easy to prepare, this is a very affordable breakfast. Depending on your desired portion, the price per breakfast is only €0.75-€1.50. This is more economical than most breakfast porridges offered in eateries, which are often quite one-dimensional, consisting only of flakes and sugar-rich jam.
